To assist your trip planning, we would like you to know the following:
Friday - Dinner will be on property at Cocopeli, an outside venue. Arizona desert evenings can get cool as indicated in our weather note, we encourage you to bring along a jacket and certainly jeans can be worn for this event. We do recommend ladies wear closed-toe shoes for this event as the ground cover at that location is dirt.
Saturday - Horizon Lines has invited a speaker for this evening's dinner which will be held on property with an outdoor reception, weather permitting.
Sunday - Dinner will be off-site at Sassi's located at the base of Pinnacle Peak. Sassi's is an up-scale casual dining restaurant and even though jackets are optional for gentlemen; cocktails will be outside (weather permitting) and, as previous indicated, Arizona nights get chilly this time of year.
